Lady Gaga is teaming up with former Google CEO, Eric Schmidt to create a Social Network site for celebrities only, it's called Blackplane. So far Blackplane has raised 1 million dollars in funding from investors. "Blackplane will provide a platform and tools for communities to socialize and communicate on a more focused level."
